Hatha Yoga - Fridays 8AM (9AM CET ) with Kamal Fanibanda ( in Italian and English)

A traditional lesson which focuses on general wellness and balance of the body and mind. A practice which not only concentrates on the physical aspects but also gives the internal organs and systems the help they need to work and function in a more efficient manner. The practice will include a range of asanas, flow dynamic flow to static positions and Pranayama.

Hatha Yoga with time will help you explore and discover your inner strength and inner peace.
