Immerse yourself in the transformative experience with the Yucca Sound Bath —a meditative journey guided by the soothing vibrations of Drums , voices, gong, chimes, sounds of nature and special wind and percussion instruments. This therapeutic practice helps calm the mind, release stress, and restore balance to your body and spirit. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity, or a deeper sense of connection, a sound bath with gong and drums is a powerful tool for transformation. Special Guest will join the team. This is your time to observe you while embracing the beauty of true connection.
In our sound bath, we’ll use vibration and stillness to settle the nervous system, to give voice to what’s unspoken, to ease the tension carried in body and mind. The Autumnal season asks us to release — old worries, unspent energies — so we can enter into peace. Expect to feel like in a bath surrounded by sound instead of water. Immerse yourself into sounds shaped to relax and cleanse your mind and body, while comfortably lying down. There will be raw sounds played for you using various percussions including drum, tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, voices, gong, chimes, sound of nature.. and special wind instruments. Special guest will join the team.
A sound bath meditation is an immersive full body listening experience that gives you the opportunity of establishing a deeper connection with yourself. Weather for relaxation , deeper alignment, self enquiry or releasing stuck emotions and patterns, each sound bath is designed with a theme and with guests. The sound bath isn’t suitable for children, less than 12 weeks pregnant women, chronic and mental illnesses, chronic heart conditions and very recent surgeries. Also if you have serious hearing impairments or if you recently suffer of epilepsy attack please consult your doctor.
