Himalayan Hatha Yoga

It is a strong form of yoga that works on the whole body and mind with special sequencing. It is based on the traditional principles of Hatha Yoga. The structure of the classes focuses on asanas as well as breath, locks and emphasises your inner focus. It subtly works across all systems and leaves you with a feeling of cleansing and revitalisation.

Prana Kriya Yoga

This style of Yoga uses the body’s movement combined with breath retention to harmonise and unite the flow of the physical movement in our bodies (kriya) with its energetic power helping you become aware of your creative potential. Physically challenging and working on stamina, It is a highly energising, cleansing and, at the same time, relaxing practice, rejuvenating the brain and spinal centres, awakens the hidden energy (kundalini) within you allowing you to transform and free yourself from limiting beliefs and old behavioural patterns that hold you back.  The practice emphasises the breath, kumbhaka (breath retention), bandhas (locks), Drishti (gazing points), chakras, mudras (gestures), mantras and meditation. This form of yoga is one of the most effective means by which to achieve your goals and aspirations, material, emotional and spiritual, and bring your actions in line with your mental and emotional. Prana Kriya yoga is also known for its anti-ageing properties.
