Himalayan Hatha Yoga every Wednesday 7 pm UK time

It is a strong form of yoga working on the whole body and mind with special sequencing. It is based on traditional principles of Hatha Yoga. The structure of the classes is focusing on asanas as well as breath, locks and emphasise your inner focus. It subtly works across all systems and leave you with a feeling of cleanse and revitalisation.
