Himalayan Hatha Yoga

It is a strong form of yoga that works on the whole body and mind with special sequencing. It is based on the traditional principles of Hatha Yoga. The structure of the classes focuses on asanas as well as breath, locks and emphasises your inner focus. It subtly works across all systems and leaves you with a feeling of cleansing and revitalisation.

Prana Kriya Yoga

This style of Yoga uses the body’s movement combined with breath retention to harmonise and unite the flow of the physical movement in our bodies (kriya) with its energetic power helping you become aware of your creative potential. Physically challenging and working on stamina, It is a highly energising, cleansing and, at the same time, relaxing practice, rejuvenating the brain and spinal centres, awakens the hidden energy (kundalini) within you allowing you to transform and free yourself from limiting beliefs and old behavioural patterns that hold you back.  The practice emphasises the breath, kumbhaka (breath retention), bandhas (locks), Drishti (gazing points), chakras, mudras (gestures), mantras and meditation. This form of yoga is one of the most effective means by which to achieve your goals and aspirations, material, emotional and spiritual, and bring your actions in line with your mental and emotional. Prana Kriya yoga is also known for its anti-ageing properties. It is a moving, active and continuing practice which makes you aware of what you are transforming, and where things are happening in the physical, mental and subtle body. Pranayama & Meditation

Pranayama means control and expansion of the breath, to direct the prana in the body. Prana is the life force carried by the breath into our body. We will practice various techniques to enhance respiratory or digestive capacity, and to work on the nervous system improving your focus and balance overall. The sense of calmness that derives from the practice, will be intensified by the second part of the class where will practice simple and very effective Meditation Mindfulness techniques. You are invited to be present, conscious and relaxed.

Hatha Yoga – Gentle Flow

A mindful and uplifting classic Hatha yoga class with easy-to-follow flowing postures to help facilitate a student’s experience of Yoga safely and sensitively build confidence. Includes standing and seated poses, and various movements to strengthen and mobilise the full body, with special attention to the spinal flow. The class will allow you to gently shift your focus inwards and to explore the relationship between breath, mind and body. Classes may offer some simple breathing techniques, chanting and meditation/ relaxation at the end.

Mindfulnes Meditation

Guided Meditation with simple and effective techniques that invite you to shift your attention inside and observe what is happening inside the body, by being present, conscious and relaxed you can feel the connection to yourself and enhance your self-awareness. This practice will help you to calm your mind, relax the nervous system and leave you with a pleasant and empowering feeling of positivity towards life.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a simple and intense restorative pratice that teaches you to relax the body deeply, stimulating the vital energy of the meridians and organs, works deeply on the connective tissues and helps to acquire awarness of the body and mind by mantaining each position passively for some minutes.
